VFX will leave the spectator in a state of awe and admiration that in turn will create an everlasting impact and thus will make you stand out. It is used to set the mood, add clarity to your story or punch up the excitement. Almost since the first moving picture the use of visual effects has been coupled with cinematic storytelling. They can improve a scene, help construct something that doesn't exist, hide an error and much more. In essence, they help a filmmaker tell a story as they see fit.
